Hey, my name is Eric – I am an Army Captain in the Reserves with ten years of leadership experience. I learned early on that the corporate 9-5 didn't work for me.

I got into sales with no experience and stumbled around for several years. Then, I finally took matters into my own hands because I was not receiving training from the companies I worked for. I was mentored by some of the best in the business and read every book on sales and psychology I could get my hands on. I opened up a health insurance agency and became the top agent in the western US. I was asked by corporate to train other agents in sales as well as asked by other companies to train their sales people. And that is how I got into sales consulting.

For years, they had been telling me that the ability to sell was just something that you were born with. Either you had the ability to sell or you didn't. It was that simple. When I figured out it wasn't true, I was finally able to break out of their chains and get the results I deserved.

The year I made the mental shift I almost lost everything and in that time I turned everything around and added some rocket fuel for good measure.

Once I figured out that the problem was me I set out to do everything I could to fix it. If I didn't I wouldn't be able to eat. I began reading every book on sales and psychology I could get my hands on. I also sought out the most successful mentors I could find. I was a man on a mission and I was not going to fail.

And that is why I created RedPill Sales Consulting.

This took me over a year to create the concept, and cost me many thousands of dollars. But it was totally worth it to be able to have a way of adding value to so many people.

It makes learning sales so much easier!

What took me years to perfect, now only takes week for those I have trained to see amazing results.
